The Experience Account Director is responsible for implementing and refining an exceptional Experience product, which may include experience and Ecommerce consulting, SEO, CRO and content strategy. 

You will lead a high performing team of Managers and you will constantly push for better client results and a leading-edge product. You will be responsible for the strategy, development and growth of an exceptional Experience product.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to your client base, helping them to continually innovate and improve upon their Experience and Ecommerce ecosystems.
• Implement and refine a common set of products nationally with a unified approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training (in collaboration with the National Product Leads)
• Oversee your team's product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Senior/Managers, Executives and Assistants
• Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up
• Build strong relationships with the media, key clients, third party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital team

Your Expertise:

You will have experience with emerging marketing technologies, enhancing digital customer experiences and driving revenue growth across digital platforms. Good analytical, consulting & communications skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are a must-have.

• Proven experience in a SEO or Digital Experience position.
• Experience managing a highly productive team
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics)
• Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client's business objectives
• Experience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageous

Salary $95,000 - $110,000
