What's the role?
As the Head of Digital, you will have ultimate responsibility for the digital output of the PHD Sydney office, collaborating with Heads of department to deliver a seamless digital product across planning, investment and media implementation.
This role is a contract role covering parental leave until the end of 2026.
What will I be doing?
- Ensure that all GBDs/BDs have a digital maturity framework in place and that it is mapped to client's business objectives and ambitions, enabling commercial opportunities across OMC
- Management of the digital team in Sydney & supporting in new business pitches
- Work with Digital leads on digital opportunities within Omni, upskilling the agency on use cases and ensuring that our planning tools and approach accurately encompass digital channels
- Promote an integrated approach by ensuring that the digital and broader account teams consider and incorporate SBUs such as TRKKN, Resolution, Annalect, Artbot in their strategies where appropriate
- Ownership of the relationships with local key media, data, and technology partners to understand opportunities within their development and innovation roadmaps
- Act as a thought leader to both the client and internal team, inspiring and educating them with the latest market trends, insights, and innovation
