✨ About the role
We're looking for an Investment Executive to support the negotiation, placement, and management of media buys across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 2 years of media agency experience who is looking to strengthen their buying skills while developing implementation planning capabilities. You'll work closely with teams across Strategy, Planning, and Client Management to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns.
🚀 Key responsibilities
Campaign execution & buying
- Assist in negotiating, placing, and managing media buys across all channels
- Ensure approved media plans are executed accurately (placement, confirmation, monitoring)
- Manage trafficking processes in collaboration with Ad Operations
- Support creative delivery, tagging, timelines, and material instructions
Client & stakeholder support
- Support delivery of campaign KPIs and respond to client requests
- Assist in preparing presentations and media recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Develop understanding of client business needs and objectives
Reporting & performance
- Coordinate campaign reporting and data tracking
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance against KPIs
- Support post-campaign analysis, insights, and optimisation recommendations
- Maintain accurate schedules and reporting outputs
Commercial & finance
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Manage bookings and billing processes, resolving any discrepancies
- Support campaign budget control and financial accuracy

- 1–2 years' experience in a media agency (preferred)
- Understanding of the Australian media landscape
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
