About the role
At OMD, we are continually re-imagining and elevating the craft of media planning—recognising its critical role in creating meaningful connections between people and brands.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated media solutions across a portfolio of clients. You'll think holistically across paid, owned and earned channels, drawing on the expertise of OMD's specialist teams to bring smart, effective media plans to life.
Reporting to a Business Director, you will take sole or shared responsibility for media planning and campaign delivery, working closely with Account Executives and Media Assistants. You'll ensure all work aligns with OMD's global planning framework, OMD Design™, placing the consumer at the centre of every decision.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Strategy, Digital, Investment and specialist business units to deliver work that drives strong client outcomes.
What we're looking for:

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
- Solid experience in media planning across digital and traditional channels
- The ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable plans
- A track record of delivering work that supports client business success

Experience & capability:
- Omni-channel planning experience with strong digital capability
- Working knowledge of digital platforms and tools such as Google, Meta, DV360, analytics and research tools
- Understanding of the evolving media and martech landscape, including measurement and privacy considerations
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
- A collaborative, proactive mindset - Build Together
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
