What's the role?
Join PHD as a Business Director and lead one of the world's most iconic automotive brands – Volkswagen. In this role, you'll drive strategic media planning and investment, inspire a talented team, and deliver innovative campaigns that push boundaries. You'll be the trusted partner for senior clients, shaping solutions that blend creativity, data, and digital expertise. What will I be doing?
- Orchestrate the whole client patch, with the support of the Group Business Director.
- Lead the planning, investment and digital teams and ensure seamless running day to day.
- Lead the client relationships from a senior level and develop relationships with senior clients/media owners.
- Manage ways of working, processes and operations both internally with the team and externally with the clients, creative agency and partners.
- Lead projects internally with adjacent teams across strategy, data and DCO.
- Support the client on a digital transformation journey as well as provide innovative ideas across both online and offline channels.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in a similar role working across both online and offline channels
- You have a planning led background and strong digital knowledge.
- Exceptional attention to detail - checking media plans, formatting on presentations etc
- Strong people management skills with the ability to manage both up and down.
- Ability to work on a fast-paced account with numerous different tasks at one time
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.
