Your day to day
OMG Connect is growing rapidly, and we're on the lookout for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work with some of Australia's most iconic advertisers and make a real impact.
In this role, you'll lead campaign planning that delivers genuine ROI for our clients, manage day-to-day communications, and collaborate closely with our expert client management and trading teams.
As part of OMG, you'll also gain access to our extensive tech and media partnerships which will empower you to craft innovative digital strategies that drive measurable outcomes for both clients and independent agencies.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of the day-to-day, backed by a supportive team of digital specialists who are as passionate as you are.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the digital contact for clients, in turn building strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring consistent delivery
- Own the development of digital media plans across performance and brand channels in your patch
- Coordinate with channel specialists to help deliver integrated, cohesive, cross-channel recommendations
- Write clear and compelling media rationales that demonstrate an understanding of the full funnel and role of each platform
- Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control across campaign lifecycle
Who are you?
- Proven experience in a Digital account management role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape specifically programmatic
- Strong media planning and buying experience across digital channels
- Proven experience in a client facing role
- Experience within DV360, TTD and Yahoo DSP is preferable.
