Your purpose:
We are looking for a Digital Activation specialist who is ready to lead one of our largest and most progressive accounts at PHD. Managing a team of experts you'll develop strategy, work collaboratively with agency teams and clients to deliver world class performance.
An expert across paid media, you'll have exposure to all paid channels and be comfortable managing those teams. You'll be a client leader with experience developing and implementing an agenda. Finally you'll energetically lead your team, giving a sense of purpose to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the senior lead across Paid Media for both accounts and lead a team of high performing digital specialists
- Ensure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy (and product) by working closely with the Business Management team.
- Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation “up a level” and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team.
- Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in a leadership role across digital activation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of paid search, paid social and programmatic
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team
- Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role
- Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360 or Sizmek
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiences
