About this role
As a Senior Digital Account Manager, working with the Group Business Director, you will play a key role as a day-to-day lead for the development of plans, executing digital buys, and ensuring pacing and performance are optimized. You will build strong client integration. You will work with internal stakeholders and oversee the team responsible for digital activation, ensuring that the process is used correctly across the area of responsibility is a critical focus of this job.
You will lead day-to-day, mid-to-senior digital client relationships and focus on delivering all set client objectives from start to finish. In this role, you will be expected to be cognizant of the financial performance of your accounts and you will be required to provide budget forecasts to allow overall analysis of agency profitability
A positive attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” is also critical to get the job done. Experience working with across several media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media platforms is a must. your main responsibilities are to plan, manage, and execute digital media campaigns, from start through to completion for a major retail group.
Working closely with the Group Business Director, your role is to develop channel strategies that achieve client business objectives. In addition, to the upfront planning, you will also work with the Group Business Director and client leads to maintain quality control of the digital media campaigns and always on activity, continually evaluating and improving performance against client goals post-live date.
As well as a solid digital understanding of media you are expected to have a working knowledge of the digital media arena and support the Group Business Director and Performance team in delivering integrated campaigns.
Beyond the internal Hearts & Science team, you will work seamlessly with various OMG specialist teams and media owners and other external agency partners.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant digital media and client management experience
- Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance
- Good client-facing communication & presentation skills
- Conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification / rationale
- Well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines
