Details regarding the role:
An expansive BD position working in an integrated model. This offers a degree of global exposure in working with global colleagues and clients. Additionally, there is responsibility for other integrated clients as well as business development involvement in support of the client's growth.
Your previous experience:
- Client Service & Relations – Manage senior client relationships, ensuring strong connectivity with OMD, OMG, and SBU leadership
- Account & P&L Management – Oversee client group P&L, account operations, and develop business strategies for client health.
- Issue Resolution – Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues to the executive team when necessary.
- Client Engagement – Deliver proactive service to surprise and delight clients, adapting strategies to meet their business challenges.
- Financial Management – Lead fee negotiations, manage budget forecasts, and drive revenue growth through additional services.
- Business Growth – Develop and implement a prospect engagement plan, contributing to new business tenders and revenue expansion.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Work with senior leadership to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
- Career Development – Ensure direct reports and team members have structured career development plans and conduct quarterly coaching discussions.
- Training & Performance – Assess training needs, ensure attendance at relevant sessions, and oversee performance management.
- Team Productivity – Optimize efficiency through clear task delegation, structured onboarding, and effective performance oversight.
