Job Description
The OMG Marketing team is being centralised and merged into one OMG team, with Brand leads for individual agencies. This role will support the broader OMG marketing deliverables. You will be supported by a pool of marketing resource that will be managed by the Head of Marketing Operations. This team supports all four ‘Head of Brand's' and you will work closely with them to ensure delivery of marketing and new business tasks for the OMG agency group. The Marketing Executive role is responsible for managing the Marketing Communications workstream and working with the wider team to ensure all team requests are being met.
The scope of work is varied and will demand the following:
- strong business writing
- a meticulous eye for detail
- ability to think creatively when answering briefs
- strong organisation and adhering to process
- buttoned-down project management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers on day-to-day tasks to position all OMG agencies as the most sought-after agency hold co in market to ensure our people, clients, media and industry partners are advocates of their brand.
- Contributes to OMG's PR approach and seeks out new opportunities
- Seeks to innovate and find new ways to market OMG's brands to our partners through sponsorships, events and initiatives.
- Delivery of well written press releases and PR opportunities continually identified to showcase agency brands as a market leader e.g. staff profiles, thought leadership pieces.
- Proactively seeks to build relationships with day-to-day stakeholders (nationally, regionally and globally throughout OMG) and masters appropriate communication methods to optimise the marketing of our brands to partners and business success.
- Formally supports development of direct report through continuous coaching opportunities, seeks to adapt coaching style to achieve optimum individual performance.
