As our CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing CRM systems, optimising client interactions, and ensuring the successful execution of CRM initiatives on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction for various brands and businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support for client projects.
- Tailor CRM solutions that align with own clients marketing and business objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive CRM and Omni-Channel strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty for clients.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimise CRM processes and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement for your clients.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business tools and platforms used by clients. Work with data specialists to ensure data accuracy in these platforms.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in a CRM position within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM strategy development and execution for multiple clients.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
