About the role
You will lead the Implementation Hub team to deliver multi-channel core services that support the agency, designing best practice implementation processes and embedding a way of working process across PHD Group.
A key part of your role is to lead and manage the implementation team, providing coaching and development.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years proven media experience
- Strong understanding of media fundamentals and implementation planning capabilities
- Able to build individual and organisational capability to deliver buying and implementation excellence
- Experience driving best practices across junior team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player, with the ability to foster great teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to balance priorities
- Proven people leadership and development experience
- A strong operator of Excel, PowerPoint, word, Pegasus Workbook, and other media planning software tools
- Able to actively build digital knowledge and bring rigor into all channels
